Snowy Trampoline Fun

I realize most people take down their trampolines in the winter, but we keep ours up all year round and our kids jump on it all year round.  Today was in the 30's so the kids ran out with coats and boots and had fun jumping on the trampoline.

 

Daddy-O scored a 220 in a practice qual at the firing range.  He is really improving.  He needs a 200 to pass his tests. He went through some interesting scenarios today and loves what he's doing.  On the phone he said, "I can't believe I get paid to do this.  This is so fun."  Nice that he has a job he enjoys.

HJ read for 50 minutes tonight.  He said he loves reading.  Nice to have that one-on-one time with all while the other kids play crazily in the basement.

Joyanne had a fun time at achievement days taking the Snickerdoodles I made around to a couple people's homes.  Each girl brought a dozen cookies and then they each shared some at the end.

During recess, Noah was playing football and got kicked in the stomach by Conner Fowler and knocked to the ground.  He banged his head and had to have an ice pack on it.  As a result he got a goose egg on the back of his head.  Noah also got another goose egg tonight when playing downstairs with Jaden.  Poor guy!  He's getting all banged up, but he is tough too.
