We have a new 6 week old puppy at our home.
Thanks to Joyanne's help, we named her Cozette.
She is obviously super cute and a quiet dog.
She fits in a white, rectangular laundry basket.
She's eating well and sleeping lots.
We all love to hold and play with her.
She is so cute to watch sleeping.
Here's to fun puppy days ahead!

Jaden came upstairs with blood coming from his mouth, a smile on his face, and a tooth in his hand.
He was so happy to have gotten out another tooth.
But he was even happier, the next morning, with the dollar he received from the tooth fairy.
Always fun to loose a tooth.
But what does the Tooth Fairy do with all those teeth?

Hiram had his 5th Grade Graduation.
He graduated with a Presidential Award.
He has worked well and hard this year.
He read over 60 books this school year, getting himself in the Platinum club and his picture on the school wall.
Hiram's class stood on their desks and clapped and cheered for Hiram.
Who wouldn't cheer on such a great kid as this!?

I have been looking for a little dog to be my companion.
I have seen some REALLY cute dogs.
But, they cost sooooo much money.
They are priced $500 to $1,000 or more.
We've never paid that much for a dog.
They say you pay for what you get.
So maybe it's worth it to put in a bit of money to get a nice dog.
What do you think?

We had a fun weekend, watching Grandma and Grandpa's dog, Max.
They stayed over Sunday night into Monday.
We loved spending so much time with them.
We all went for shakes at Arby's.
Joyanne got ready for her play called "15 Reasons Not to Be in a Play."
She played several characters and did well.
It's so fun to see her getting involved and having fun.

Talk about a very thrilling soccer game to watch.
It was the final tournament.
Whoever won would be the ultimate champion.
The game started out fair, with both teams having great goalies who blocked all balls from entering into the goal.
At half time, neither team had scored a goal.
The score was 0 to 0.
The game continued on with parents loudly cheering and the players chasing around the ball.
The whistle shrilled announcing the game was over.
The score was still 0 to 0.
No goals made.
We went into 2 - 3 minute overtimes with still no goals.
The tension was high as the 2 teams went for a kickoff.
Each team had 5 players who alternately kicked a ball, trying to make a goal.
Our first 3 players kicked and made a goal.
Then their 4th player came out to kick.
She had to make a goal or our team would win.
She kicked, and the goalie dove, blocking the ball successfully.
Joyanne's team became the tournament champs!
Way to go, Joyanne!

The day was spent changing the kids from one room to another.
The kids enjoy the change, and it helps to thoroughly clean their rooms and sort through their stuff.
And I caught Grant sleeping, last night, in such a funny position that I had to take a picture.

After my Jillian Michael workouts, Grant has been accompanying me and Possum on a walk.
We've found this beautiful field with a path to walk on behind our subdivision.
When we walk for about 20 minutes, we come to a farm with lots of cows.
These cows came near us, but as we came near to them, they would back up and move away, so we couldn't pet the cows.
We still enjoyed seeing the cows and being so close.
Life is good!

We had a blast swimming with friends and family.
Daddy taught the 3 oldest boys about diving.
Then they jumped off the diving board doing great tricks.
We played "Sharks and Minnows" in the pool.
That was very fun!
And, of course, basketball in the water was fun too.
