College Kids for Dinner

Every Sunday we invite any family we know going to BYU-Idaho to come to dinner at our home.
We were blessed to have my nephew, his wife, my niece, and 2 nieces (though they are actually 1st cousins, once removed from Dad).
We had so much fun playing 9-square together.

Sunday dinner with everyone.

Every Wednesday Grandpa likes to go to lunch, and he is happy to invite anyone to come along.

Family and Friends Moments

Max, Isaac, Henry, and Ivy came to stay with us for a few days this last week.
Grant and James had fun with them playing games and bouncing on our bounce house.
Max and Isaac looking a lot like twins, even though they are about 2 years apart in age.

Little Clara, who sadly didn't get to stay with us. But she is so adorable!

Some of Grant's friends who come to D&D every Thursday.

James' BeReal photo with Serena Whipple, Henry, Isaac, Ivy, Mom in the back, Max on the banana chair, and Tamen Whipple up front.

Poor Ivy was sick with a stomach bug on Saturday.
But she loved being read to.

Grant's Birthday

Grant is now officially a teenager!

He was happy to get his sliver magic card deck, the "Mist Born" book series by Brandon Sanderson, a Calvin and Hobbs hat, and a ring.

He enjoyed watching the original Spiderman, playing video games, and hanging out with friends.

Birthday Celebration

Grant and I watched a documentary on 9/11

How hard that time was when America was under attack!

To celebrate my birthday, we went to Texas Roadhouse.

We ate and ate and ate so many rolls.
I think we each ate at least 4 rolls.

The food was delicious and the service was great.

But being with family was the best of all!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Be Real Moments from August to September 10th

James enjoys doing BeReal with me, which means at random parts of the day, the app sends a notification for you to take a picture within 2 minutes, so you can show what you are doing in the moment and Be Real about what you are doing, whether it be happy or sad.

James and Grant love to play the card game, Magic.
