September 2 - Safari Park

On Labor Day we went to Safari Park.
They had lots of animals, especially foxes.
Grant and I had fun taking lots of pictures of the animals.
We went at a good time of day, in the morning, when most of the animals were up and about.

Gotta love the red fox.

The buffalo were neat to see, especially because there were white and brown ones.

They only had 2 bears, but they sure looked cuddly and cute.

They had many colors of wolves.

The elk were amazing.

This was the only one with a rack. He had a huge rack.

Gotta love feeding the fish.

They had wolves and foxes you could get up close and personal with.

This was the best picture that Grant took.
Hello!!!

August 31st - Tennis Fun

Joyanne and Beacham were up visiting for a wedding.
We enjoyed getting in some tennis with them.
Drink break - James, Grant, and me

James, Beacham, and me

Joyanne resting after a good game.
She ended up with a stomach ache and went to bed for the rest of the day.

Grandpa always loves to watch people play tennis and give tips.
He often took his children to play tennis and coached for a little bit.

Table Rock Hike - August 24th

We were so wishy washy about whether we were actually going to hike Table Rock because all week it showed it would be windy and rainy.
The night before we decided to do it.
Here we all are just below the Table.

Me taking a rest as we climbed up the face.

This guy is quite the hiker!

These guys all made it to the top!
Way to go Dad, Grant, James, and Jaden!

They found a marmot friend who loved to eat the nuts from the trailmix they brought.
The marmot ate straight out of Grant's hand.

Dad and I hiked together almost all the way up.
We finished the whole 12 mile hike in 6 hours.
