Sneaker Snacker

The happy moments of our day was Noah attempting to be a "sneaker snacker".
That's what the kids call Daddy because he is always sneaking treats out of the cupboard.
The snacks he likes to sneak are "M&M's" and chocolate chips.

Joyanne sounded beautiful on the piano as always.
Hiram liked making a paracord bracelet for his friend, Eva.
Hiram played with Eva all day today.

Our ward had an activity at a park with bounce houses, games, and dinner.
The kids had fun running aorund with friends and letting loose their wild side.
Grant loved playing in the water spicket!
Daddy played horse shoes and I visited.
We also went and found a geocash.
Ever heard of those?
We hadn't until tonight.

Movies and Animals

Tonight we watched this movie with our kids.
It made Daddy and I want to be better parents.
Joyanne said she can't wait to have kids after seeing this movie.
I talked with the kids about how they were in my tummy for 9 months.
Joyanne, Noah, and Hiram were so wiggly.
Jaden, James, and Grant were more mild.

I love animals and how they provide so much comfort.
The brown mamma bunny was sold today.
We had one bunny get loose and hop into the neighbors yard behind us.
Their dog got to the bunny, and, well, it's no more.
I enjoyed holding and petting the 3 remaining baby bunnies and our big, fluffy, white bunny.
Possum was fun to play fetch with.
He sure loves his squeaky toy.

Now it's time to put a fussy baby Grant to bed.
Good night!

A Happy Harvest

I enjoyed the spontaniety of playing dodgeball with James today.
I also liked goofing off with Joyanne.
I was able to let loose a little and just enjoy.
Strawberries are yummy and a kind neighbor brought over a bowl full for us to enjoy.
Another neighbor gave us delicious garden-fresh green beans, which we gobbled down for dinner tonight.
It's that yummy time of year when fruits and vegetables are starting to get harvested.

Sleepy Sunday

I was surprised to wake up and find our grandparents had left.
We missed them and so enjoyed our time talking and playing with them.
We hope Grandma Cheryl is okay and that her knees heal quickly from her surgery.
After a fun weekend with grandparents, we were sure sleepy today.
We all took a nap and laid around most of the evening.

Cute Grant was drooling up a river.
He completely soaked the front of his onesie.
He's such a funny, cute boy.

I can't wait to die and go up to heaven.
I just finished a book "Heaven is Real".
I, of course, want to be worthy to go to heaven and am enjoying life here on earth.
So I want to live to a good, old age and then die.
I'm thankful for a loving Heavenly Father and the life he gives each of us.
I'm grateful for the scriptures as a guide.
Prayer is real and we can receive answers and help as we pray.

Hiram's Baptism Day

Hiram chose to be baptized by his Grandpa today.
Hiram is named Hiram John after his Grandpa whose name is John.
He also shares the same birthday as Grandpa.
They also share a similar personality and same likes and dislikes.
Both Grandpas were able to attend the baptism and it was a very special occasion.
Hiram was a perfect little boy and so humble and meek today.

We loved having both sets of grandparents visit today.
We cherish our parents and love them dearly.

Bunnies, Grandparents, Perspective

We are trying to sell our bunnies for $5.
Anyone want a bunny?
I had a lady come by today wanting the bunnies.
She wanted them to raise and eat them.
Joyanne didn't want to sell them to her and they are kind of her bunnies.
So we decided to put them in the paper and online for a week and try to sell them.
But if they don't sell, then I guess they'll meet their doom!!!

Having grandparents here is so exciting.
Both sets of grandparents came tonight.
Tomorrow Hiram is getting baptized.
Daddy-O and I both love our parents very much and enjoy being with them.

Yesterday going to the temple was a new experience.
I gained a new perspective with the new film.
I'm grateful how Heavenly Father blesses our lives.

Three Kings Petroglyphs

We went back to McKonkie's Ranch and hiked to the "Three Kings" Petroglyphs.
Evening hikes are so enjoyable.
We didn't feel pushed for time and just enjoyed it.
The kids even enjoyed playing around in the dirt a bit.
