Money Tree and Palisades in the Fall - October 6-12

Ever hear the saying that money doesn't grow on trees?
Well, here's proof that it does.
My dad let me have his money tree, and I love it!

We ended up buying a new fridge for Grandpa's apartment because our old one went out.
This one is bigger and much nicer.

We drove up through palisades to Joey and Amber's in Wyoming.
The weather was beautiful and the trees were full of pretty colors.

Grandpa sure enjoyed the drive.

Dad is looking pretty handsome here in the beautiful view.

Moving Day - October 2-6

I drove to Utah to help my parents move from their home in West Jordan to a facility for those who are retired.

There was a lot of packing to be done.
I mostly helped to pack the kitchen.

We watched General Conference in between moving things from one place to another.

My dad was absolutely amazing in all that he did to pack boxes and load them into the trailer.
He was also the fix-it guy and made their new apartment look great.

After moving my parents, some of my siblings and others came and helped move my brother and sister-in-law's things into the house my parents moved out of.
My brother is buying the home from my parents.

And here is the beautiful apartment with my beautiful mother in it.
Do you like the guy behind? He was helping explain how some of the things work.

As exhausted as my parents were from the move, they amazingly kept going with unpacking and organizing.
I loved being with my parents and helping them!
